Best-ever Chicago Bears offense?

I know, slim pickins obviously. I guess it’s a Sid Luckman team that’ll get the title. However, in the modern-era at least, could ’85 actually be tops?

Forgot about them when posting OP; and I shouldn’t have. That Steeler comeback vs them at Soldier, Bears were 6-2 going into that game; I felt right then and there afterward that the rally to the SB - and against Dallas - had begun. Bears were looking to do even better than their playoff year from the year before. Ended up 9-7 as well but no post-season. In ’94 it was their defense (statistically better the year before when they finished 7-9), ’95 pretty much a flip flop. Frustratingly mediocre just the same as was those Wannstedt Bears teams.7DnBrnc53 wrote:What about 1995? For what its worth... Rashan Salaam was the first NFL player I ever noticed that was younger than me.What about 1995?
