Tracy made a short run in the first quarter for a touchdown that stood up to halftime when the Steelers led 7 to 0. After the Steelers fell behind 10 to 7, Bobby Layne took the Steelers on his two minute drill to give the Steelers 14 to 10 victory. John Henry Johnson ran for a seven yard touchdown with just under two minutes left in the game.
