From the box scores at pro football reference. Here is a list of opponents FG% in Arrowhead when Lowery was kicking. I went through the box scores each year. The 71% for total League average I equaled the attempts.
Maybe I made a mistake in some seasons with the totals?? Someone might be able find a database and do a sort with the numbers.
Opposing kickers had 7 seasons where their FG% at Arrowhead was above the league average, 7 below. 4 of the below were below by ~1.5-5% points while all 7 above were higher by at least 7.5% points
Usually the Chiefs opponents were in the top 10 as far as least FG attempts, which is interesting
