Great College player with Alan Page et al. on some stout Notre Dame defenses under Ara Parseghian and John Ray during the mid-1960's. I think his brother Thomas was an Admiral who served as Supt. of the Naval Academy for a while. Is he a viable candidate for the Hall of the Very Good? That Chiefs' defense had a lot of talent in the huddle.
