The best Andy Reid HC'd team thus far?

Win-or-lose two weeks from now, would you already place this very 2019 Kansas City Chiefs squad as the best-yet Andy Reid team? Or do you more-so regard his other Super Bowl qualifier, the more-balanced '04 Eagles? Perhaps some may very well place this AND last year's Chiefs team as his top-two overall - BOTH better than '04 Birds!
Would the Football Outsiders weigh in on the '08 Eagles? We all know their take on them (best team in the league that year "play-for-play"; beat both SB-participants during regular season by a combined 63-26).
