Which player played in the most losing NFL games in the same season that he played in the Super Bowl?

Manfred Moore, if he is not the answer, is certainly high atop the list. He was part of 10 losses with the Buccaneers in 1976 before finishing the season with the Raiders.

Moore, waived by the Bucs, was picked up by the Raiders for the last game of the regular season before their Super Bowl 11 win over the Vikings, who, ironically, he played for in the next season, his last in the NFL.

I find it strange that anyone would want someone not good enough for the 0-14 1976 Buccaneers. Cool stat though.

Talent has little to do with it. If you took the players from the 1976 Super Bowl Champion Raiders --or the 2015 Super Bowl Champion Broncos-- and threw them together for the first time, never having played together before, the dregs of the league would beat them soundly.

The original question and answer stirred a memory - I believe there was a player four years later in 1980 who started out the season on the worst team, the Saints, but who was (like Moore) dealt to the Raiders and wound up with a Super Bowl ring. Can't remember the name of the player though and not in the mood at the moment to put in the work necessary for a search.
