Peyton the Pure May Replace Tom Terrific

It looks like the pin-sticking morons may have another pin cushion. BAH!

Ah, the perils of celebrity.

If I were judged by what I did when I was 19...hoo boy.

It's difficult to comprehend the fishbowl celebrities live in...especially nowadays.

It seems we now live in a country where people are traumatized by stuff that's gone on forever. Victim hood has never been so popular.

The fact that the Mannings smeared her in the 1996 biography means every time some uninformed individual picks up that book, her rep takes another unfounded hit. What is it about letting sleeping dogs lie?

That's a good point. There's some disturbing things in that article, the least of which is the incident itself. The suggestion to blame a black guy? I sure hope that isn't true, Peyton. If that's ever proven there'll be no more chicken parm sandwiches and the endorsement dollars that go with them. Nor should there be. And it would make it a lot more difficult to overlook the fact Manning was born on third base. Or hell, home plate.

Speculation I just hope isn't true. Speculation we'll likely never get to the bottom of.
