Rohn Stark, a punter, played 16 years in the NFL (1982-1997) including 13 seasons for the Colts (Baltimore 1982-1983, Indianapolis 1984-1994) and then one year each for the Pittsburgh Steelers (1995), Carolina Panthers (1996), and Seattle Seahawks (1997).

During the span of his career, no other punter attempted more punts than Stark (1,141). Among punters with at least 800 punts during this same period, Stark is ranked third in yards per punt (43.4) just behind Reggie Roby (43.4) and Sean Landeta (43.6). The sample size for Roby is 932 punts and for Landeta is 861 punts. Roby's overall career average is 43.3 (behind Stark) on 992 punts and Landeta's overall career average is 43.3 (behind Stark) on 1,401 punts (a larger sample than Stark).
