Post by JuggernautJ »

Hi All,
The nomination process for this year's class of the Hall of Very Good is now officially open (gentlemen, start your engines!).
Nominations close on June 30th of this year.

To be eligible to nominate you must be a member in good standing of the PFRA.

To be eligible for nomination you must have last been in professional football in the 1996 season.
(Anyone who played/coached/etc. from 1997 to current is not yet eligible.)

Please send up to 5 nominations to Andy Piascik at: andypiascik@yahoo.com

Total transparency with my nominees ... haha

Andrie
Krouse
Doll
Price
Cannady

I picked Bavaro and Washington last year and feel they will get in soon enough but mostly went with pre-60s players this year ...

It is a very difficult task to pick up to five nominees who are most deserving.

Lots to choose from but still hoping more pre-60s players get due recognition. This should also be the year for Christensen after Latone last year ...

It would be a fascinating encore if Christensen is inducted. Though it is most important the most deserving are enshrined, no matter their eras.
