Defensive extra point return

The newest type of scoring in the NFL is the defensive extra point return. It began in 2015 and with it 2 points are awarded to a defensive team which gains possession
during an extra point try and returns the ball to the other end zone.

I'm aware of four instances where this happened. Is this all of them?

12/16/15 - New Orleans over Carolina
11/13/16 - Denver over New Orleans
12/4/16 - Kansas City over Atlanta
11/17/19 - Indianapolis over Jacksonville

In the KC game it was the margin of victory.
