I can't be bothered to look it up precisely, but clearly scoring is at its lowest level in over a decade. What do you think will be the next set of rule changes to help encourage offense in the league? Honestly, at this point I can't think of what else could possibly be done on behalf of the offense...

I always think about the 1960 Pat Harder Len Ford incident where Len was kicked out for having his cheek get in the way of Harder's elbow. Ejections, fines, films to the commissioner, etc, etc.

Green Bay's Doug Evans was ejected from a game in Kansas City in 1996 for bumping an official. Buffalo's Steve Tasker was ejected from his last-ever game, in 1997. Same reason. More Packers ejections: Ray Nitschke, vs. New Orleans, 1968, for fighting. Forrest Gregg, at Minnesota, 1968, for fighting...

Yes Quay was kicked out twice last year, joining a few others, I've yet to hear of anyone being kicked out 3 times in a season.
