Re: Toughest/Easiest schedules in football history

I wouldn't say it was the toughest schedule in NFL history but I think in "Greatest Teams Ever" discussions, the 1985's Bears schedule is pretty remarkable in that they played and beat: New England (11-5) x 2 NY Jets (11-5) Dallas (10-6) NY Giants (10-6) Washington (10-6) San Francisco (1...

Correct!

First three were Canadeo, JH Johnson, and Rocky Bleier.

Paul Lowe
Rocky Bleier
I have Lowe as being 29 at the start of the 1965 season, so I don't have him on my list. But perhaps that's a technicality. Bleier is on the list of "First Three", so there is one more remaining RB.

Is Chicago going to use the Single Wing this year? If any franchise in the NFL needs a QB, its Chicago.

Steve Freeman (1987)
I forgot that Steve Freeman was a VIking. Was he a replacement player?

Otto Graham made a lot of questionable decisions, but trading away Krause may have been his worst. Does anyone know the circumstances of why the Redskins sent him to Minnesota?

Re: punting career of Bill Bradley

I'm watching old GOTW highlights, and I am seeing various punts by Bill Bradley for the first time. Some of his punts are incredible....the highest, weirdest-spinning punts I've ever seen. But looking at his career, he was very inconsistent from year to year and didn't even punt in some years. Does...

These are just guesses, but I don't remember Curt Warner or James Wilder having great OLs in front of them.
