1981 Week 3: TNF, Eagles at Bills at Rich Stadium. At the time both teams were among the preseason favorites to go to the Super Bowl. The Eagles won 20-14 after trailing in the half 14-10.

I remember that in the Cowboys game, Rafael Septien missed an extra point, which turned to be the difference (they lost 24-23). Also the Chargers' Derrie Nelson returned a blocked punt for a TD. Nelson had been drafted by Dallas two years earlier.

1) The Chicago Blitz in 1984 had Dennis Shaw as their backup QB. Shaw last played football in 1975. 2) Luther Bradley of the Blitz played two games against the Tampa Bay Bandits in 1983.
