Re: Wondering if this will work

I understand where you guys are coming from John but I may have to disagree ... I saw it this morning for the first time after it was published. Those who wrote it would be better at addressing your concerns. While it is an interesting approach I was not part of it and was not asked to sign. There ...

Re: Seniors

Big shoutout to Ken Crippen on his piece for TOFTWO about Lavvie Dilweg. I realize he and Lewellen cancel each other out but do you feel if Isbell or Sharpe were to get elected it could help Dilweg next year and beyond? Though I like Lewellen just slightly more, you wonder how many more chances the...

Re: Bylaws Rules on taking PFRA position

Probably doesn't have to be too 'wordy' and just a simple, "we officially go by the standards of the PFHOF, CBA and Total Football" or something along those lines. Someone can word it better but really only needs to be a straightforward 1-2 sentence thing. Agree. If it does happen, concis...

Re: Bits of NFL history you have learned from watching old g

a handful of things . . . Kenny Washington was the first- African-American to play QB in the modern T. And Willie Thrower drops to #2. Unless you consider Bernie Custis in the CFL. Played in the T (chronological order): Washington (1946 preseason and in relief of an "injured" Waterfield) ...

Re: Class Of 2023 PFHOF

Some observations... - Klecko seems like an "inner circle" HOVG to me. Again, this concept has been discussed before, did his career somehow become "greater" in the last 25 years? Gary Myers--his first year on senior committee--Klecko was his pet project... and he was successful...

Re: 2023 Modern-Era Finalists

My uneducated guess as to what will happen: Andre Johnson, Wide Receiver – 2003-2014 Houston Texans, 2015 Indianapolis Colts, 2016 Tennessee Titans Darrelle Revis, Cornerback – 2007-2012 New York Jets, 2013 Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 2014 New England Patriots, 2015-16 New York Jets, 2017 Kansas City Chie...

They were not going to push it a week because they have their flag football game the week between the conference championships and the Super Bowl.

The game has changed so much that it is hard to keep up with who caused all the changes Depends on who you ask, I guess Link https://www.dmagazine.com/publications/d-magazine/1987/august/is-there-any-wayto-explain-footballs-most-confusing-convoluted-intellectually-taxing-perhaps-no-longer-so-great-...
