Re: Kirk Cousins (R.I.P. Vikings career?) - How did he do?
What do you see as a mechanical problem? If you feel the ball comes off his hand in a funny-looking manner I would agree but that's not really a mechanical problem. Philip Rivers and Bernie Kosar also threw passes in a weird-looking manner and they were good. Like them, Penix Jr is not going to run...

Re: Kirk Cousins (R.I.P. Vikings career?) - How did he do?
Good call on McCarthy, RC ... Meanwhile, Atlanta has had an interesting off-season, turning down Belichick for Morris, giving a bunch of money to Cousins, who now has to win games while mentoring the #8th overall pick in the draft in QB Penix ... I dunno Yup, there was something about McCarthy's &q...

Re: Kirk Cousins (R.I.P. Vikings career?) - How did he do?
Whats your opinion on Diggs, RC ? Diva receiver, regular season star, misunderstood, easily frustrated when not getting the ball? Would he have been better off never leaving the Vikings, or inevitable? You'll remember that Randy Moss had a hard time playing, too, when he wasn't getting the ball. I ...

Re: NFL MVP's who didn't deserve to win
The problem with these awards is there are no guidelines that the voters are asked to follow. It's so hard to argue whether they got it right or wrong when you don't know what "most valuable" actually meant to the voters. Some people will focus on objective measurements, others will focus ...

Re: Minnesota Vikings #22
Oh, and here is something I missed until just today: The Vikings got Krause and Smith together at Krause's garage, where he holds Vikings game-day events.

Re: Kirk Cousins (R.I.P. Vikings career?) - How did he do?
how long has it been since the Vikings drafted a QB in the top 5, ever ? The closest is Culpepper, who was the 11th overall pick. Tarkenton was a third round pick, but technically, University of Wisconsin quarterback Dale Hackbart was the first-ever draft choice for Minnesota. What? Hackbart? Didn'...

Re: Kirk Cousins (R.I.P. Vikings career?) - How did he do?
With Cousins now going to the Falcons, the Vikings have their chance to develop someone from the draft but who will they go after? Well, we got our answer yesterday with the signing of Sam Darnold to the Vikings. They signed him to a one-year, $10 million contract, which I'm told is the cap-percent...

Re: Frankie Albert-The First South Paw Quarterback
In 1935 in Canadian pro football, the Winnipeg team's main passing back was a guy named Bob Fritz. He was the coach and captain and he was ambidextrous.LeonardRachiele wrote: ↑Wed May 03, 2023 3:06 pm We have been used to seeing left hand quarterbacks such as Ken Stabler, Steve Young, and Micheal Vick.
