Two years off is not that bad. The 1989 Johnny Hector Score card features an excellent photo on the front but it is from the 1984 season!Denis Crawford wrote:That is Mike Rae of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Baker is throttling. Rae did play for the Bucs in 1980 but was released during the season and didn't play in the Detroit game at the Silverdome. I wonder if this photo is from the 1978 game Rae started when Doug Williams missed most of the second half of the season with a broken jaw.Bryan wrote:

These are probably my two favorite cards.
I love the 1981 Topps set in general and I thought this was an excellent action shot.

Erik McMillan was one of my favorite players. The way he wore his pads, his number, the 1988-89 white Jets jerseys and his beard made him look cool.

Not really a card collector, but own a few and sometimes the simpler ones are the best.

Nice! and they did not mess with the ball.

Those kinds of plays were expected."

That card always makes me think of Al Bundy.Moran wrote:
The 1961 Fleer Willie Galimore card has maybe the best write-up I have seen on a trading card.
