1938 NFL promotional film

I'm currently reading a biography of Joe Carr written by Chris Willis. In the 1938 chapter, he makes mention of Carr hiring Industrial Pictures of Detroit to put together a promotional film about the NFL at the time. The book isn't clear whether the project came to fruition. So.... Did it? And if so, does anyone know if its available to be seen? I've done searches on a certain famous video sharing website and elsewhere and found nothing. It's probably interesting if it exists.

Duh. If only I would have read further. It was in fact completed and called Champions Of The Gridiron.
