I was thinking yesterday that if Tom Coughlin makes the Hall of Fame the 1988-90 New York Giants will have had three Hall of Fame coaches on their staff (Parcells, Belechick, and Coughlin). The only other instance of this I can recall is Sid Gilman, Chuck Noll and Al Davis on the early 1960's San Diego Chargers. Can anyone think of any others? I know there have been instances when three members of the Hall of Fame have been on a coaching staff (ex. Landry, Ditka, Berry) but I am thinking more about those inducted for their contributions as coaches / for front office work.
Thank you and I hope everyone has a nice Thanksgiving.
Nick

Doesn't Owen, Landry and Lombardi count?

They missed by one year. Owen retired in 1953. Lombardi and Landry started as coordinators in 1954.Doesn't Owen, Landry and Lombardi count?

If we are referring to HOF coaches, the Cleveland Browna had three of them on one team. Paul Brown and Ween Ewbank on the coaching staff.
1951-1952: Don Shula
1953: Chuck Noll
And in 1949, Ara Paraeghian played for Cleveland.
