Re: Index of Coffin Corner articles
I was taught in the service never to volunteer, but this actually might be something I'd be interested in. I've done a lot of indexing over the years and found the chore to be basically mindless but strangely satisfying---making order out of chaos, like raking and bagging leaves. And I definitely c...

Re: Coffin Corner Volume 42 Number 5
Lots of good stuff in this issue, including a couple of pix from the '50s I'd never seen before. The 75-77 Colts retrospective brought back some sweet memories. I remember watching that Christmas Eve classic OT playoff between my two favorite teams of the '60s and '70s, the Colts and Raiders. It was...

Woodson and Manning are locks. Megatron's probably gonna get penalized for retiring in his prime. Beyond that, I dunno.

Re: What SHOULD the League do about the Ravens and Broncos s
I think the whole notion of a W-L record for quarterbacks is ludicrous and should be ignored. I agree. I've never understood it. Say the QB has a miserable day---throws 4 picks, goes 5-15 for 78 yds----but the stud RB picks up 188 yds rushing and scores the game-winner with 3 seconds left. Um, the ...

Reminds me of that 1965 Colts-Packers game when Tom Matte was forced to play QB.
