In 1965 Eagles starting Middle Linebacker Dave Lloyd filled in for an injured Sam Baker for a couple of games. He was 1 for 2 in field goal attempts and 7 for 7 at PAT's.

Temple Stadium built in 1925 was home to two Eagles home games in 1934. The Philadelphia Bullldogs of the Continental Football League played their home games there in 1965 and 66.

The 1961 season opener was not the first time Timmy Brown touched the ball as a pro. He had 9 carries, 9 catches, 10 punt returns and 11 KO returns for the 1960 Eagles. Check Pro Football Reference.
